Josh Roberts currently serves as Head of policy at REScoop.eu, the European federation of energy communities, which represents around 2,500 energy communities that work on renewable energy, energy efficiency, flexibility and other innovative clean energy technologies. He has led REScoop.eu's advocacy efforts on European legislation that acknowledges and supports energy communities as new market actors in the energy transition. He has significant experience helping cooperatives and NGOs and decision makers on the transposition and implementation of energy community policy and legislation at the national level. Josh has been a qualified lawyer since 2010 and has been involved in European energy policy since 2012.
